Maintenance

Request changes to your website in one simple step

If you are a Datasearch client and already have a maintenance plan, you can request changes and updates to your website by filling in the form.

When you submit your form, you will receive a ticket number back via email, to let you know that we have received your request. Please call us if you don’t receive this email.  Please note that maintenance can only be requested by the authorized website contact.

Your updates will be done by the first available person.  When your maintenance has been completed, you will receive a notification email outlining what was done and how many units it used.

Please note that in response to requests from our customers, most of our website plans no longer include additional maintenance units for website updates. Most plans now only include the minimum number of units that we need to help keep your website secure.  You may need to purchase additional units if you would like us to add new content to your website for you.
